We’ll be staying near Dolcedo (a village in the Ligurian olive hills 8 km from Imperia) at a very special place in the well designed apartments with double rooms and equally well equipped kitchens and bathrooms of “Molino Pinciòn”, an ancient oil mill, which also offers an excellent yoga hall for practice.

Course times
Yoga Asanas 9:00 - 12:00 on 6 days
Stretching, Pranayama, Meditation 17:00 - 19:00 on 3 days
In the morning we’ll practice asanas to enhance flexibility, strength, stability and endurance.
On three afternoons we offer regenerative asanas, pranayama and meditation.
During lunch break you can choose to go to the beach, go hike in the olive hills,
or relax and plunge into the paradise-like cold creek waterholes by the mill...

Early bird by December 20, 2018: 7 nights & lunch 220,00€ // yoga workshop 300,00 €
Food:
Breakfast and dinner are on you and we will also oganize some cooking or work the pizza oven in the yard together. The kitchens in the apartments offer everything for brekafast, coffee, tea and general cooking. Bakery and general food store are 10 minutes away – a nice walk along the river.

The village:
Dolcedo is only few km from the Autostrada between Genova and Nizza – 8 km inland from the Italian Riviera beaches. It is the capital of the Taggiasca Olive, so... prepare yourself for amazing olive oil, yummy Ligurian food, a bubbling creek with blinking fireflies at night, yellow broom blossoms and charming villages in the area.
Transportation:
You can come by car to Dolcedo or by train to Imperia, or you fly to Nice and continue to Imperia by train. We can organize a pick-up from the Imperia train station.
