Yoga Asanas 9:00 - 12:00 on 6 days

Stretching, Pranayama, Meditation 17:00 - 19:00 on 3 days

In the morning we’ll practice asanas to enhance flexibility, strength, stability and endurance.

On three afternoons we offer regenerative asanas, pranayama and meditation.

During lunch break you can choose to go to the beach, go hike in the olive hills,
or relax and plunge into the paradise-like cold creek waterholes by the mill...
